Privacy Policy

In short

If you contact us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to advertise anything. There are no advertising trackers on this site, no cookies, and no profiling of your reading habits. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, your company name, which service you are interested in, an optional budget range, and a description of your project. Nothing on this site collects information you have not deliberately submitted.

We do not collect visitor names, addresses, payment details, or any sensitive personal data. Please do not include confidential information in your message that you would not want in an email.

Why we collect it

So we can respond to you. Your enquiry gives us the context we need to give you a useful answer instead of asking a string of basic questions first. If you ask for a quote, we use the details you provided to prepare it.

Services that process your message

Our enquiry form is delivered through Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email provider and holds routing information needed to deliver it. They are a processor of your data on our behalf, not a third party using it for their own purposes.

Our site is hosted on Vercel, which serves the site files. Vercel also provides optional traffic measurement using a single-day rotating hash derived from the request. It does not use cookies, does not track you across days or across websites, and cannot be used to identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that lead to a project are kept for as long as the commercial relationship continues and for the period afterwards that accounting and tax obligations require. Enquiries that do not lead to anything are deleted within twelve months.

If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask us and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email co.auraztech@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

Children

This site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply worse terms to enquiries already sent.
