AURAZ TECH was founded by an AI engineer who kept meeting the same problem: businesses with a good idea for AI, and nobody to build it properly.
Our story
One engineer who got tired of watching good ideas stall
AURAZ TECH began with a pattern Abdur kept hitting: a business had a genuinely good idea for AI, and it died in the gap between "this should work" and somebody building it. The idea was rarely the problem. The judgement and the building sat with different people, so it got sold as a technical question when it was really a business one.
So AURAZ TECH is an engineer first. You will be told when an idea is wrong, and when the right answer is a smaller project than the one you asked for. Work has been turned down that would have looked good on a case-study page and been useless in practice.
Every project ends with a recorded handover session and written documentation, and the code lives in a repository that belongs to you. If the job was done properly, you should not need us to keep it running.
Mission
Make applied AI something a normal business can rely on
Not a research lab, and not a consultancy that sells strategy. The working thing gets built, handed over properly, and every honest word is said about what AI can and cannot do for a given problem.
Vision
A small studio that stays small and stays excellent
AURAZ TECH is not trying to grow into a large agency. One engineer, a small number of projects at a time, and each one done properly. Growth is welcome when it comes from referrals rather than from hiring faster than anyone can teach.

Honesty over impressive work
We will tell you when a project is not worth doing, and when something cheaper would serve you better. That costs us revenue.
You own everything
Code in your repository. Documentation you can read. Credentials yours. No dependency on us for it to keep working.
Access for everyone
Accessibility and performance are part of the build, not a phase afterwards. A site only some people can use is a broken site.
Small by default
Solve the actual problem, not the impressive version of it. Sometimes the honest answer is a spreadsheet with better formulas.
Written, not implied
If it matters, it is written down: scope, cost, decisions, and handover notes.

One engineer, and you speak to him directly
Every project is delivered by the person who designed it. There is no account manager between you and the engineer responsible for whether it works — and no handover to a team you never met.
